SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT

Working alongside BDG, we delivered the furniture package to Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE)’s new London HQ, comprising 68,200 sq.ft. in the Brunel Building, Paddington.

Developing the specification involved close liaison with the US and UK teams, including the architect and SPE FM, Procurement, Environmental Lead and Sustainability Consultants, with the target being to achieve the brand image, look and feel and BREEAM Excellent environmental certification.

The latter included researching and providing evidence for the accreditation; to help, some original furniture was retained and we worked with manufacturers to reduce transport impacts and items with EPDs and recycled content were specified.
